Bethel University is seeking a friendly, organized Student Life Office Coordinator to support the Student Life, Campus Ministries, and Residence Life teams on campus. This role involves handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and assisting with events and student worker programs.
The position is full-time, in-office at our Arden Hills campus. Starting wage is $19.50–$20.50 per hour, with typical benefits and opportunities for growth in a close-knit, Christ-centered community.

Typically, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the expectation to work specific schedules and hours as identified and communicated by management. On a rare occasion evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is a 40 hour per week, 12 months per year position.
