Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage daily group home operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality milieu services. You will oversee budgets and ensure adherence to contracts and medication protocols.

The role supports vulnerable individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. The position emphasizes compliance, staff leadership, and program development, with orientation in Rutland, MA, and opportunities through ASCEND

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• MAPS certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a group home and supervise staff.
• Manage program budget and ensure quality milieu services.
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal contracts and regulations, including Medication Administration Protocols.
• Supervise shifts and assist the Adult Services Director with programming development.

The pay for this position starts at $23.54/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $27.84/hour.

This position is located in Leominster, MA.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of a group home, including supervision of staff, management of program budget, and assurance of quality milieu services. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the group home is compliant with agency, state, and federal contracts and regulations, including all Medication Administration Protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience working in a congregate care setting required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be flexible schedule-wise in working for, supporting, and learning the needs of the program.
• Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM in Rutland, MA.
• Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
