Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts is hiring a Program Coordinator in Leominster, MA. The role oversees daily group-home operations, supervises staff, and manages the program budget while ensuring compliance with contracts and Medication Administration Protocols.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and an additional $250 bonus for MAP certification. MAPS certified or certification within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid drivers license required.
• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous experience working in a congregate care setting required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be flexible schedule-wise in working for, supporting, and learning the needs of the program.
• Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM in Rutland, MA.
• Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.

The pay for this position starts at $23.54/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $27.84/hour.

This position is located in Leominster, MA.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
