Overview: NYREACH is a New York based non-profit dedicated to addressing the needs of our underservedcommunities. As part of our Workforce Development initiative, NYREACH aims to facilitate the education, training and resources needed to substantially combat healthcare worker shortages while providing those dedicated to healthcare an opportunity for quality professional development.
Job Summary: Our Program Coordinator will work with the NYREACH team to facilitate and develop workforce development initiatives as needed, create schedules, oversee progress and ensure goals are met on time. He/she is also responsible for coordinating and attending meetings, developing project strategies, operating our WFD program, and providing all administrative assistance as required. Minor Responsibilities: include supporting leadership with grant applications as needed.
