Job summary

Kent, Campa and Kate Incorporated in Arlington, VA is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Leadership & Workforce Training Directorate at NFATC. The role includes office management, course support, program coordination, research, and content creation for online and in-person activities.

You will work with course chairs, facilitators, and mentors to ensure NFATC Online functions, manage enrollment, prepare materials, and provide technical support for Zoom/WebEx/Teams.

Qualifications

• At least one year of graduate level education in Foreign Affairs; International Relations; Sociology; and/or related social science disciplines.
• At least three years of educational technology experience.
• Strong knowledge in use of virtual course delivery platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, Teams, Slido, etc.
• Virtual producer skills to include troubleshooting and guidance to course participants, high level platform knowledge.
• Knowledge Management proficiency

Responsibilities

• Research potential course topics including microlearning, articles, and videos.
• Identify and help develop case studies relating to course themes for in-class projects and discussion.
• Prepare professional materials: slides, literature reviews, briefing papers, analysis, and spark pages.
• Provide classroom set-up/break-down and logistics support.
• Attend local events to increase program-related knowledge for chair and program development.
• Collaborate with course teams to support NFATC Online templates, enrollment, and access.
• Provide NFATC Online support via email, phone, Teams, or in-person and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Office management duties include scheduling, drafting correspondence, and monitoring supplies.
• Prepare invitations for speakers and manage honoraria processes; schedule speakers and ensure proper enrollment.
• Maintain speakers tracking and enrollment status; coordinate with chairs on changes.
• Maintain NFATC systems (NFATC Online, SharePoint, SIS) and analyze evaluation data.
