Responsibilities include managing daily operations, developing treatment plans, and supervising staff performance. Formación

• Minimum of three years experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the daily management of the New Directions program.
• Develop treatment plans with consumers.
• Conduct intakes on direct referrals to the program.
• Monitor staff performance and provide supervision as needed.
• Assist in completion of staff performance evaluations.
• Identify and address training needs of staff.

Conocimientos

Clinical experience with psychiatric adolescent population

Bilingual in Spanish

Staff supervision skills

Educación

MSW in Social Work, Psychology or a related field
