Job summary

ResCare Community Living, a Sevita family member, is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead person-centered supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will help develop service plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.

The full-time role pays $19.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a nationwide provider dedicated to empowering lives and community integration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services.
• High school diploma or GED with three years related experience may be substituted.
• A minimum of two years verifiable work experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Valid driver’s license (where required).

Responsibilities

• Ensures consumer and guardian participation in development of service plan.
• Schedules and chairs screenings for program vacancies and builds waiting lists.
• Develops and implements service plans within specified timelines.
• Monitors delivery of service plans and staff training.
• Ensures training programs are implemented and updated as needed.
• Maintains compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitates 1:1 interactions and promotes team spirit.
• Manages budgets, records, and funding relationships as required.
• Oversees hiring and staff development; supports affirmative action goals.
