Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the JRELL and TOPS programs, providing workforce development, case management, and college/career readiness for English Language Learners and transitional‑aged youth (ages 14–24). The role involves workshops, individualized support, employer engagement, and partnerships.
The Program Coordinator will work under the Program Manager to achieve educational, employment, and personal goals for participants.

Our mission is to empower and strengthen a diverse population of high‑need youth and their families by providing comprehensive youth development through education, employment training, advocacy, and other supportive services.
Title: Program Coordinator (JRELL & TOPS Programs)
Salary: $30 - $34 per hour
Reports to: Program Manager
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (0.50 FTE – JRELL; 0.50 FTE - TOPS)

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will provide workforce development, case management, college and career readiness, and youth development services to English Language Learners and transitional‑aged youth (ages 14–24). The coordinator will help participants achieve their educational, employment, and personal goals through workshops, individualized support, employer engagement, and community partnerships.
