Job summary

North Range Behavioral Health in Greeley, CO is seeking a Bachelor Level Mental Health Counselor for the Integrated Care program. You will conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention, and deliver therapy in a team-based setting.

The role collaborates with medical teams across Sunrise Community Health locations and Banner Health, with potential for a monthly performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related human services field.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with mental/behavioral health challenges.
• Pass pre-employment screening including background check, fingerprinting, drug and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify mental health needs and strengths.
• Provide crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and individual, family, and group therapy.
• Deliver case management services to support client stability and continuity of care.
• Develop strength-based service plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical records and required reporting.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external partners to address social, medical and behavioral health needs.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisor, multidisciplinary team members, and a psychiatrist to ensure high-quality, coordinated treatment.
• Support the Mobile Unit services including vaccinations, STI testing, maternal and child health support, health education, and screenings.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or another human services degree
