Job summary

Harvard University’s MMSc-TS program seeks a Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive operational and admissions support, coordinating content with the Master’s Program team and acting as liaison to students, faculty, and administration. This role focuses on student management, curriculum oversight, and event coordination throughout the year.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in higher education or program administration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with admissions platforms, databases, or LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and onboarding: manage communications with prospectives and students, coordinate information sessions and admissions committee meetings.
• Curriculum management: track educational materials, maintain grade records and statistics, report to Registrar as needed.
• Student management: serve as primary contact for student issues, track advising schedules and documentation.
• Events planning and coordination: plan program events, manage budgets and payments, assist with setup and breakdown.
• General administrative tasks: maintain program records, graduation tasks, and coordinate data for students, alumni, faculty; liaise with the Office of Graduate Education.
