Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related professional experience, including supervision.
• Experience working in programs or education with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to relate to a diverse range of people.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor assigned programs.
• Prepare and monitor proposals, reports, statistics and budgets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a staff of volunteers.
