  • Valid Texas Class C Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of rural student rotations and outreach initiatives within the Rural Medicine Program.

Working under the direction of the Director of Rural Medicine Outreach, this position coordinates program operations, student clinical rotation logistics, administrative processes, scheduling, communications, records, and special projects that support the Rural Medicine Program. The position serves as a primary administrative resource for students, faculty, staff, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders, helping ensure timely communication, accurate program records, effective coordination, and consistent follow-through across Rural Medicine activities. Some statewide travel may be required.
