UT Southwestern Department of Dermatology in Dallas is seeking an experienced program operations professional to direct program operations, scheduling, credentialing and onboarding logistics, fellowship program rollout, evaluation cycles, and analytics support. The role involves coordinating budgets, working with internal/external partners, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field.
• 5 years experience in appropriate field or may consider additional years of experience in lieu of education.
• Experience coordinating programs and evaluating operations.

JOB SUMMARY

This job works under minimal supervision to direct operation of program or project, exercising independent judgment and authority as required. This position will include APP scheduling support, credentialing and onboarding logistics, fellowship program operations as that initiative launches, evaluation cycle coordination, and operational support for data and analytics. The role will also support the anticipated APP Medical Director and the developing APP Credentialed Fellowship, the division’s current APPs and Lead APPs.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Education Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field
