Community of Hope in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Coordinator for the HONEY program to support the Program Director and Perinatal Case Managers. The role focuses on coordinating operations, maintaining data systems, and ensuring compliant service delivery within a hybrid, full-time schedule.

The coordinator will manage referrals, assist with client eligibility in eCW, support cribette distribution and transportation, and help with documentation, CAC engagement, and staff training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated cultural competence in communicating with underserved, diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
• Ability to work independently and as a team required.
• A valid driver’s license and regular access to a car, as well as proof of auto insurance, required.
• Proof of required vaccinations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational support to the Program Director and Perinatal Case Managers to facilitate efficient and consistent program operations.
• Manages and maintains HONEY Program data systems, including Quickbase, HMIS, eCW, CRISP, and Relevant Dashboard and reports.
• Monitors program referrals and verifies client eligibility in eCW prior to placement on outreach lists.
• Coordinates and distributes cribette supplies and car seat vouchers for eligible clients and liaises with Safe Sleep programs.
• Coordinates transportation for eligible clients through Rides for Moms and manages ride requests.
• Maintains inventory across multiple program sites and coordinates replenishment.
• Supports client discharges with documentation and timely case closure in eCW.
• Assists with development, formatting, and maintenance of program documents and materials.
• Supports CAC recruitment, onboarding, trainings, and CAC meetings.
• Ensures confidentiality and data security in line with policy and funder requirements.
