The Program Coordinator - St. Jude Global Programs assists in designing, implementing, and overseeing projects and initiatives within and for the Department of Global Pediatric Medicine (GPM) and St. Jude Global (SJG). Responsible for researching, documenting, and disseminating information as needed. Under the supervision of the GPM director or manager and as assigned, this role serves as a section and/or project team lead and acts as a liaison with other members of GPM and SJG and its collaborators, ensuring coordination and success of departmental, regional, and/or global initiatives and departmental requirements.
The Department of Global Pediatric Medicine (GPM) is a growing department looking for professionals who are eager to help implement the St. Jude Global (SJG) mission by training the clinical workforce, developing and strengthening health systems and patient-centered initiatives, and advancing knowledge to sustain continuous improvement through research.
The St. Jude Global Palliative Care Program is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support implementation and project management of community-based research and initiatives to improve quality of life by addressing the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual suffering of patients, and family members. This key team member will act as a liaison with other members of GPM/SJG and global collaborators, and thus will need to communicate clearly and foster trusting relationships with colleagues and partners. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and eager to help develop and grow these programs in support of the St. Jude Global Strategic vision, have a demonstrated interest in global health, and have project management experience and/or a background in healthcare or education.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70,720 - $126,880 per year for the role of Program Coordinator, Global Palliative Care Program.
