Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years of program management and delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and implementation of initiatives with global collaborators and diverse communities.
• Design, coordinate, implement, monitor, and evaluate project-based initiatives.
• Utilize project management tools to coordinate priority work, report progress, and manage deliverables.
• Communicate project plans and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Coordinate site visits, prepare agendas, materials, and summary reports.
• Assist with analyses of mixed methods research and implementation needs.
• Develop and implement standardized tools, frameworks, and metrics for project delivery.
• Draft reports, briefs, and messaging tailored for diverse collaborators.
• Support grant preparation, manuscript submissions, and presentations tracking.
• Ensure alignment with SJCRH, GPM, and St. Jude Global strategic plans.
