Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two to four years of experience required, one to three years of work experience in a related field or experience as a NICU parent.
• Strong program development and volunteer management experience.
• Basic knowledge of the emotional and medical issues inherent in a NICU hospitalization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office.
• A dynamic, energetic, compassionate individual who enjoys managing multiple tasks and collaborating with many different types of individuals, families, disciplines, medical personnel and organizations in an intensive care setting.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Master's degree, or equivalent work experience in Social Work, Education, Public Health or related field.
• Nursing experience.
