Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and organize operational and clinical data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Create visualizations and presentations for leadership and operational teams.
• Support clinic operations through analysis of access and workflow performance metrics.
• Monitor and evaluate patient journey data, including referral-to-treatment timelines.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support cancer screening programs through reporting and analytics.
• Assist in developing tools that help navigators and care teams track patient follow-up and surveillance needs.
• Measure effectiveness of supportive care programs and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within a matrixed organizational structure.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Python
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development
• Experience creating reports and performance metrics
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required
• Exposure to healthcare data systems or clinical operations is a plus

Minimum Requirements

Licensure: A Valid Virginia Driver's License (VADL) may be required for some positions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The pay range for this role is $43,894.00 - $87,788.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
