Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Facilitator RN to partner with an interdisciplinary team and oversee the delivery of patient care. You will help manage the quality and quantity of care provided on the unit.

The role requires a nursing degree, an active NV RN license, and 3+ years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in progressive management. BLS is required, and you must be able to serve various age groups.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience; two (2) years progressive management preferred.
  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada and BLS certification.
  • Ability to deliver care/services appropriate to the age of patients served.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all aspects of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Manage quality and quantity of care delivered on the unit/department.

Job Description

The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumes the management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of care.

Qualifications
Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required. Two (2) years' progressive management experience preferred.

License/Certification

Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification.

Other

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
