Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Facilitator RN for Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in the Las Vegas area. This role leads the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient care coordination.

Qualified candidates will hold a Nevada RN license with BLS, have at least 3 years of clinical experience, and 2 years of progressive management experience preferred. The position offers strong benefits and career growth opportunities within UHS family.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience.
  • Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.
  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
  • Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates all aspects of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to manage the quality and quantity of care.
  • Leads and coordinates nursing staff to ensure safe, effective patient care across units.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Job Description:

The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumes the management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of care.

Qualifications
Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required. Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.

License/Certification:

Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification.

Other:
