Job summary

Opportunity Matters Inc in Sartell MN is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to support one program under the Program Director. This Float PC role covers leave and vacation coverage and may be assigned a home site when openings arise.

You will lead Direct Support staff, ensure program compliance, and provide mentoring and coaching to help persons served gain independence. Responsibilities include supervision, care planning, budgeting, and medication administration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• DHS Background Study clearance.
• OMI Medication Administration certificate within 60 days of hire.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Direct Support Professional duties and oversee them.
• Foster a positive living environment for persons served and staff.
• Supervise staff to ensure program tasks are completed.
• Develop, improve, and implement program planning with the Director.
• Manage weekly grocery shopping, menus, and budgets.
• Order medications and maintain Medication Administration Records.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and respond to emergencies.
