Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Program Coordinator, Contingent Workforce in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) with flexibility for Seattle, WA or NYC, NY. The role is temporary for about a year at an hourly rate of $75, placed in a fast-paced HR operations environment.

You will manage contingent worker lifecycle events, VMS administration, onboarding logistics, and invoicing reconciliation, while ensuring SLA adherence and accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations, staffing/recruiting operations, or program coordination.
• Experience with a VMS or HRIS (VNDLY, Workday, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive worker data with accuracy and discretion.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
• Customer service mindset with a flexible, creative approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Slack.
• Interest in using automation/AI to improve processes; staffing or contingent workforce experience a plus.

• Process contingent worker lifecycle events in VNDLY, including onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and profile changes
• Own VMS record administration and coordinate day-one readiness (system access, equipment, badging) and offboarding checklists
• Support contractor onboarding logistics and triage the program's inbox, ticket queue, and Slack requests within SLA
• Support finance/billing operations, including timesheet follow-up and invoice discrepancy resolution
• Reconcile rosters across systems and support monthly program reporting
• Maintain program documentation, communications, and vendor management admin (scorecards, QBRs)

Job Title: Program Coordinator, Contingent Workforce

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid); also open to Seattle, WA or NYC, NY

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $75.00 – $75.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 1 year

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
