Job summary

National Association of Attorneys General seeks a Program Associate to support the Center for Consumer Protection and other teams. The role emphasizes administrative, clerical, and technical tasks, including calendar management, document preparation, and event coordination.

The position reports to the CCP Director and involves collaboration with senior staff, site updates, and grant/ project administration. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree; preference for business-related field such as project management, accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience, especially supporting a leadership team in a state attorney general office.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products; strong calendar management and document preparation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to CCP Director, Antitrust, and Counsel; manage calendars and scheduling.
• Monitor communications; prioritize tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with event planning and content for conferences, webinars, and announcements.
• Edit and format correspondence, reports, and documents; maintain electronic files.
• Support website updates, SharePoint site management, and speaker coordination for events.
