The Supplier Performance Manager (SPM) plays a critical role in ensuring our contracted suppliers consistently deliver value to our members. By monitoring supplier performance, managing scorecards, and serving as a key escalation point, this role helps strengthen supplier partnerships and ensures our members receive high-quality, reliable outcomes that support their institutional goals.

What You Will Do
The Supplier Performance Manager (SPM) is responsible for executing E&I’s supplier performance strategy within assigned categories. This role monitors supplier performance within assigned categories and provides reporting on the performance. The SPM will be the final internal escalation point for supplier performance issues that are not able to be resolved in other units and will collaborate with Sourcing and Growth and Engagement teams (GET) to drive resolution.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
