Job summary

Ochsner Health is seeking a program and project coordinator to manage daily operations, coordinate educational events, and ensure timely communication and quality oversight across programs. Qualifications

  • Required - High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred - Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of related experience; or 3 years with a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees, plans and facilitates educational events and programs.
  • Upholds quality oversight for the specified program through data maintenance and KPI assessment.
  • Ensures consistent and timely communication of notifications and events.
  • Assists with marketing of the program, in-services and educational events.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

This job coordinates the daily operations of programs and projects. Coordinates and implements programs, outreach, education and other projects. Education
  • Required - High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred - Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
  • Required - 5 years of related experience;
  • OR 3 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to be detailed oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously while working under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work before or after regular work hours.
Job Duties
  • Oversees, plans and facilitates educational events and programs.

  • Assists with marketing of the program, in-services and educational events and other programs as assigned.
  • May assist with special projects associated with the specified program.
