Job summary

UCI Health, through the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, seeks an experienced Coordinator to advance education, training and workforce development across the cancer career continuum. You will support high school through faculty levels with seminars, journals clubs, and workshops, aligning efforts with NIH and CCSG requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Minimum 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in an academic research environment, medical center, community non-profit setting, or other large matrix organization.
• PM/Lean Six Sigma certification or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer education, training and workforce development portfolio across the cancer career continuum.
• Support development, implementation and improvement of cancer-focused education and training initiatives.
• Assist in tracking program performance, funding outcomes and alignment with Cancer Center priorities.
