Job summary

UC Irvine’s Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks a Coordinator to support education, training and research programs across the cancer career continuum. You will help develop, implement and monitor education initiatives, collaborate with faculty and staff, and ensure alignment with CCSG and NIH expectations.

The role requires strong communication, organization and data tracking skills. Reporting to the Manager, Cancer Research and Training, you will contribute to program administration,

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across UC Irvine and the Health System with leadership, faculty, staff and students.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer education, training and workforce development portfolio across the cancer career continuum.
• Support development and implementation of cancer-focused education initiatives and training activities.
• Assist in tracking program performance and reporting to leadership and external agencies.
• Provide administrative support for education and research programs within CFCCC.
