Job summary

Breck School in Minneapolis is seeking an Auxiliary Programs Coordinator to lead Breck After School Enrichment, Breck Extended Day and Breck Summer Programs. You will oversee program development, supervision of students and staff, manage registration, billing, inventory, and communications with parents and administration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, experience with children, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supervising people is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of Breck After School Enrichment, Extended Day & Summer Programs.
• Recruit, hire and staff the Extended Day program; supervise staff and students.
• Oversee registration, billing, inventory and communications with parents.
• Plan non-school day child care opportunities and organize staffing.
• Support Breck Summer Programs including staffing, orders and scheduling.
• Collaborate to increase enrollment, revenue and brand awareness.
