This role involves providing clinical support, conducting therapeutic groups, and advocating for clients in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

Position Overview: As the Program Coordinator, you will work within our adult partial care located in Berlin, Camden County, NJ. Partial care programs provide adults living with a mental illness with support to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve community functioning, utilizing principles of wellness, recovery, and peer support systems.

Location: Berlin, Camden County, NJ

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Key Competencies: Knowledge of wellness and recovery principles, awareness of mental health impacts, ability to build trust and respect, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical support and interventions to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BSW) with at least 2 years of mental health service experience
• Master’s degree (MA, MS, MSW) preferred in mental health, rehabilitation, or human services
