Arizona Office of Economic Opportunity seeks a RHTP Participant Engagement Specialist to ensure employment and training programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The RHTP Participant Engagement Specialist ensures that all employment and training programs, healthcare subawards, and partner service agreements strictly adhere to federal, state, and local contract regulations as defined by the AZ RHT Federal Contract. This role conducts regular client file and financial record audits, monitors subcontractor performance, provides technical assistance on compliance and reporting systems, manages contract administration, and implements corrective action plans to mitigate risk and ensure high‑quality program execution.
