Each year, our educators engage thousands of K–12 students, families, college groups, and adult learners in hands‑on experiences that connect people to the natural world. We are seeking a Program Coordinator to help facilitate and support this impactful work.
Based at our campus in Finland, Minnesota, this is a full-time, year-round position. The Program Coordinator collaborates across departments to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality programming. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all participants and plays a key part in maintaining the excellence of our programs.

Established in 1971, Wolf Ridgewas the first environmental learning center (ELC) in the country to be accredited as a K-12 school. We’re recognized nationally and internationally as a leader in environmental education. Our experienced naturalists work with school groups looking for outdoor, hands‑on learning. We offer over 50+ lessons that build awareness, curiosity, and sensitivity to the natural world. In the process, we promote self‑awareness and leadership. Wolf Ridge operations are conducted on a 2,000-acre main campus in Finland, Minnesota with a 400-bed facility, along with a 68-acre Lake Superior campus just down the road.
