The Kellogg Executive MBA (EMBA) program on the Miami campus seeks a Program Coordinator to support two EMBA cohorts of ~140 students. You will partner with the EMBA team to ensure a world-class weekend learning experience for faculty and participants.
Availability for two weekends per month and some evenings is required, with occasional domestic and international travel as needed. You will liaise across administration, facilities, and IT to deliver smooth operations.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Student Services, the Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the academic affairs and student experience for two assigned cohorts of approximately 140 students on the Kellogg Miami campus. The Program Coordinator coordinates with the EMBA team and other cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth and rewarding experience for both faculty and cohort participants during class weekends.
Please note: This role requires availability for two weekends per month, as well as some evenings. Occasional domestic and international travel as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Target hiring range for this position will be $56,000 - $59,500 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
