Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide cross‑departmental production support to senior members of the Case Management business unit.
• Learn and apply understanding of H-2 regulatory requirements, rules, and procedural obligations.
• Draft and review government filings and client communications for accuracy, concision, and completion.
• Distill complex regulatory information, and coordinate with government agencies on clients’ behalf.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑intensive work environment.
• Interface directly with external teams on key worker‑level details, obtaining required documentation and providing timely updates on worker‑readiness status.
• Support process improvement initiatives on case production and case management.
