This position pays up to $20.12/hour based on experience.
This typical schedule for this part-time position is 30-37 hours per week, days of the week can vary based on programming needs.

As a Program Coordinator at our Glenwood YMCA location, you are responsible for the youth, adult, and family program areas which includes organizing and scheduling program registration. You will deliver a variety of specific YMCA programs to the membership and community, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all participants involved. You ensure that members and/or program participants connect with one another and connect with the YMCA. You are careful to act in a safe manner at all times.
You are friendly and patient as you lead new participants with motivation. With enthusiasm, you help deliver programs and services that meet community needs by following the directives of the Program Director. You are also conscientious about keeping records up to date and accurate and ensuring compliance with YMCA standards and government regulations.
