CLEAResult is seeking a Program Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs across multiple states, working remotely. The role includes data management, reporting, and coordination with program and operations staff to uphold guidelines and quality.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience in detail-oriented settings and are proficient with the Microsoft Suite, with compensation offered on an hourly basis.

• Experience using Microsoft Suite is required.

• Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff.
• Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence.
• Payment processing.
• Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
• Exporting predesigned reports.

Job Description

Remote role within Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware or District of Columbia.

We are looking for a talented individual…To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, coordination, and process definition and improvement.
