You will also support contract administration and coordinate the development of dashboards and reporting metrics.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in controls/reporting, preferably in construction management, and will benefit from a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $185,000. Additional benefits include health insurance and unlimited paid time off.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of controls/reporting experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year‑for‑year basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program and project financial controls including budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage program schedule controls and performance reporting.
• Support administration of contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate development of dashboards and operational metrics.
• Monitor program performance trends and identify potential risks.
