SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst in Chantilly, VA to support NRO facilities, construction, and infrastructure budgets, coordinating with project teams to track budgets, schedules, and performance. You will prepare reports and briefing materials for program management.

The role emphasizes reviewing spend plans, funding options, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. A TS/SCI with poly clearance is required to perform these duties on sensitive government programs.

Formación

• Budget or financial management experience.
• Critical thinking and ability to work with diverse customers requesting financial data.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with budget and financial management activities for the NRO portfolio of facilities, construction, and other infrastructure programs and projects.
• Support the coordination and preparation of regular Program Management Reviews, ensuring data is accurate and clearly presented with action items.
• Review program requirements, spend plans, and budget documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in identifying resource needs and potential trade-offs among programs and prepare information to support management decision-making.
• Analyze contract budget and financial data to help ensure appropriate use of government resources and efficient completion of project requirements.
• Support the development, maintenance, and use of financial databases, resource tracking tools, reporting systems, and other decision-support resources.
• Assist with identifying potential resource realignments and funding options to support program execution.
• Review funding documentation for accuracy and compliance with applicable NRO policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Support internal controls and data validation processes to promote accurate financial reporting and appropriate use of NRO funds.
• Assist with consolidating and reviewing program-level Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) and preparing recommendations for management consideration.
• Prepare and edit budget summaries, charts, memoranda, issue papers, briefing materials, and talking points for program and senior management.
• Assist in preparing presentations and briefings for government stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate with COTRs, CLIN managers, and other stakeholders to support accurate contract funding and identify potential funding options for high-priority projects.
