Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant financial and budget experience.
• Experience in budget formulation, analysis and administration.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office products
• Experience creating annual budgetary spend plans
• Experience monitoring spend plans against government metrics
• Experience tracking funds through life cycle of acquisitions/appropriations

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all budget activities within the group.
• Develop descriptive briefings to defend program funding requirements.
• Prepare total program budget exhibits for presentation.
• Build, maintain, track, and update spend plans for funding actions.
• Directs, implements, and administers formal program aspects per GAAP and policy.
• Prepare funding documents for program execution and track related data.
