Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of program control/financial analyst experience.
• Strong aptitude for using & enhancing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent analytic, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong customer service mindset; ability to plan and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing complex contracts with multiple line items, funding streams, and subcontractors.
• Set up and maintain billable contracts in Unanet and Deltek Costpoint for reporting and program management needs.
• Support development of plans, budgets, and schedules for various contract types (FFP, Cost Plus, T&M, hybrids).
• Apply financial controls and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract status.
• Monitor program progress and cost performance to ensure obligations are met.
• Produce cost reports and CDRLs for customers and internal management.
• Conduct variance analysis of actuals versus baseline.
• Calculate and process invoices and review contract revenue for accuracy.
• Generate revenue, profit, and labor projection reports by contract.
• Initiate funding alerts and manage subcontractor funding modifications.
