Job summary

S³, Inc. is seeking a Program Control Analyst 3 to join the corporate F&A team at our Huntsville, AL HQ. You will support contract cost reconciliation between Deltek Costpoint and contract workbooks, and handle planning, data tracking, and schedule control across multiple contracts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 4 years in program control, with 2+ years in Deltek/Costpoint. Telework is not available; on-site in Huntsville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a program control analyst.
• At least 2 years of experience with Deltek and Costpoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (4 of 5 levels).
• Experience working with a federal contracting company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of contract mods.
• Enter and track data through SharePoint applications and maintain an auditable notebook of task processes and schedules.
• Maintain work plan in line with funding and LOE support.
• Prepare Individual Work Authorizations for staff to identify proper contract charge codes.
• Provide projections to support budget formation.
• Reconcile with Costpoint and perform variance analysis.
• Develop monthly performance and cost reports to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate timecards in Deltek to ensure proper charging and integrate into work plans.
• Manage employee travel requests (CONUS/OCONUS) under company and Prime systems per FAR.
• Access and manage entries in multiple time and accounting systems for labor and travel charges to contracts.
• Analyze contract work authorizations to develop work plans.
• Provide a 12-month rolling forecast.
