Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a skilled Program Control Analyst to support contract efforts with a focus on financial analysis, resource planning, and development of decision-support products for program leadership. You will analyze financial, operational, and program data to help leaders assess execution, identify trends, evaluate risks, and forecast and report in a government contracting environment.

Qualifications

Experience with financial analysis in government contracting is preferred.
Ability to develop dashboards, briefs, spend plans, and forecasting models.
Strong data validation and reconciliation skills across multiple data sources.
Excellent written and oral communication for executive summaries.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with program management, finance, contracts, and technical teams to support accurate and timely analysis.
Ensure all analysis products meet accuracy and timeliness requirements, align with contract requirements, and support leadership priorities.
Provide support for budget planning cycles.
Participate in monthly financial reviews.
Support earned value and performance reporting.
Prepare and maintain funds status reports.
Develop presentations and briefing materials for internal reviews and customer-facing reviews.
