Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support DoD programs with a focus on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-support products in a hybrid work environment.

You will collect and validate budget, cost, and funding data, develop dashboards and briefing materials, and provide timely insights to program leadership and government stakeholders while navigating a secure environment requiring U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 5 years hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience.
• 5 years of financial or program control analysis in DoD/government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program management to provide timely financial analysis.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and spend plans for contracts and programs.
• Prepare variance analyses and briefing materials for leadership.
• Support earned value and performance reporting.
• Produce funds status reports and management dashboards.
