Job description

The Program Content Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the supplier readiness program. This role oversees curriculum implementation, instructor coordination, participant engagement, digital learning systems, readiness assessments, consulting services, and program reporting. The Program Content Manager ensures participating businesses receive a customized training pathway aligned with their aerospace and defense growth objectives and are fully supported throughout the cohort experience. The position serves as the primary operational lead for training delivery and participant success. Based on assessment results, companies receive customized growth paths that combine core and supplemental modules, technical assistance, mentoring, and ongoing progress tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Located in El Paso, Texas
• Ability to work in-person
• Associate’s degree in Business, Project Management, Education, Workforce Development, Economic Development, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Education, Workforce Development, Economic Development, or related field.
• Experience managing training programs, accelerators, workforce initiatives, or business development programs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital collaboration platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent written communication, reporting, and organizational abilities.
