This Program Consultant position with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Division of State Lands conducts organizational studies, manages data analysis, and provides technical assistance to support efficient operations in the Bureau of Public Land Administration. The role includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, developing training and business plans, and analyzing proprietary databases to track performance metrics and identify process improvements. Based in Tallahassee, the position reports to management and serves as a key liaison for land administration technical matters.

Key qualifications

• Knowledge of administrative and project management principles, office procedures, data collection methods, and real estate concepts
• Skill in personal computers, MS Office Suite, Adobe forms creation, and proprietary database management
• Ability to analyze and present data to stakeholders, understand and apply regulations and policies, and conduct independent research
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, demonstrate strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, and exercise sound judgment
• Valid driver\'s license required
