This position is located in Tallahassee, FloridaKnowledge of: Administrative and project management principles and practices; office procedures and practices; methods of data collection; the concepts, principles and analytical techniques of records research; the principles and techniques of real estate; marketing; in-person and electronic methods of public presentation techniques.
Skill in: The use of personal computers and MS Office Suite, Adobe forms creation; scanners and printers; the use of proprietary databases; creation, implementation and application of rules affecting the management of state-owned lands; public speaking and presentation both in-person and electronic presentation; marketing; creation and implementation of group training plans.
Ability to: Analyze proprietary databases and present data related to the analyses to various types of stakeholders; learn the skills for preparation of maps; understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures; determine work priorities, assign work and ensure proper completion of work assignments; conduct fact-finding research; work independently; communicate effectively verbally, in writing and in public presentations; demonstrate strong quantitative and qualitative research skills; exercise sound independent judgment; demonstrate the ability to lead; demonstrate teamwork; and exercise common sense and professional discretion.
