The Program Compliance Co-Op (Sales Support), referred internally as an Education Credit Coordinator, plays a key supporting role within the Extensions Team, working closely with the Extensions (sales) Team, focused on compliance, documentation, and operational processes, to ensure au pairs can successfully extend their program year in the United States. A critical part of the extension eligibility process is meeting the Department of State's federally mandated education credit requirement, and this role serves as the operational backbone for that compliance function.
The Education Credit Coordinator is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and approving education credit documentation submitted by au pairs from all of our global markets, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with federal program requirements.
