Job summary

Ampact is seeking a Program Coach to ensure high-quality program delivery by supporting AmeriCorps members and partner sites in Illinois. You will coach members, monitor performance, and help drive outcomes while coordinating with internal teams to maintain program integrity.

Responsibilities include site visits, training delivery, and career pathway support. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; CPRS or equivalent credential.
  • 3+ years in program management or implementation, nonprofit preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular support, feedback, and coaching to AmeriCorps members.
  • Monitor member performance, service hours, and growth; address concerns.
  • Plan, facilitate, and deliver member training sessions and onboarding.
  • Support career pathways and post-term opportunities for members.
  • Serve as primary operational contact for sites and partners.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure smooth program implementation and engagement.
  • Partner with content experts to ensure program fidelity and outcomes.
  • Track compliance: hours, paperwork, and evaluations; approve timesheets.
  • Identify opportunities for program growth and process improvements.
  • Conduct member interviews and support recruitment pipelines.
  • Represent Ampact at events to promote programs and engagement.
  • Support marketing/visibility efforts under the marketing team's guidance.
