Program Business Manager

Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance.

DCCA is a veteran-owned IT business that has served government agencies and commercial enterprises since 1982.

Responsibilities:

• Experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business system requirements.
• Experience performing analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into proper specifications.
• Experience providing consultation on complex projects and serving as a top‑level contributor/specialist across most phases of systems analysis, considering business implications of technology.
• Experience planning and managing the realization of benefits through integration of new capabilities within business practices, and defining benefits that realize program objectives.
• Experience maintaining focus on organizing and managing time and resource investment.
• Experience advising the PMO on whether outputs and outcomes will lead to realization of new business processes.
• Experience optimizing the timing of release of new deliverables into business operations.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is \$53,000 to \$270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
