The Boston Foundation’s Philanthropic Initiative (TPI) is seeking a Program Associate to support programmatic and strategic planning work for TPI clients and projects in Greater Boston.

You will collaborate with teams, manage administrative tasks on selected programs, conduct research on philanthropic issues, and contribute to broader TPI marketing and thought leadership efforts.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The TPI Program Associate serves as a member of The Philanthropic Initiative’s (TPI) professional staff, focusing primarily on supporting programmatic and strategic planning work for TPI clients and projects. The Program Associate works collaboratively as a member of teams supporting specific TPI client engagements; assumes administrative responsibility for selected projects and programs; conducts research on philanthropic issues; and contributes to broader TPI marketing and thought leadership efforts.
