The Boston Foundation’s The Philanthropic Initiative (TPI) seeks a Program Associate to support programmatic and strategic planning for TPI clients and projects. You will work on collaborative teams, handle administrative tasks for selected programs, and contribute to research, marketing and thought leadership efforts.

Responsibilities include assisting with client engagements, supporting project planning, and helping position TPI’s insights within the philanthropic sector.
